Frishman Beach, Tel Aviv.
I spent the whole of November in Tel Aviv, which is winter for Israel, but more like summer for a girl from Ontario, Canada (as I am). Not a lot of beach traffic, which was also great for me. I was prepared for a great deal of rain, but had nothing but sun.
