This was my view from my hostel room in Tel Aviv, Israel. Not an awesome picture, but I took about 50 a day from that very spot, because I was really obsessed in trying to figure out what was going on up there.
I love the ‘white wash’ (for lack of a better term) of the city. The neutral colours of the cityscape really make the neon posters pasted to walls, and the bright colours of the flora and fauna stand out. Really quite cool.
We’d love to see more photos (maybe not of just this one spot) of your vacation!
You know, a lot of cities now a days in the Middle East (or the ones I’ve visited anyhow) are doing more Spanish style houses. The smooth, white or beige walls. I love it! Not as much as I love the traditional houses, I must admit.
